I make these datasheets available as I found them on free sites on the Internet or by scanning my paper versions. I never payed for one of them, and we should not. Sites which ask money for datasheets are just swindlers, they let you pay for something that's freely available elsewhere. Also sites which require you to "register" with a lot of personal information from you, "to be able to offer you better service....blablabla" just want to send you unsolicited mail.

The site is organized according to kind of component. There is no type-number search, so if you have a typenumber and no idea what it might be, you 'll have to look into all pages. The tables list the most important data. For details see the datasheets. Sort order is by number, disregarding leading zero's, letters and what 's else before the core numbers (where applicable).
Of course I cannot accept any responsibility for what's in the datasheets, whether a device is suitable for your application and so on. Use common sense and your technical knowledge and insights. 

I am not available for correspondence about such subjects, except where I use certain components in my designs published on my website or elsewhere.
